Terms
These terms set out the practical details for booking, payment, revisions, delivery, cancellations, and file storage.

Booking and payment
A booking request is reviewed before payment opens. Mastering is scheduled once payment, mixes, and required project details have been received.
Payment is taken securely through Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP and the final quote is shown before payment.
Express turnaround is subject to availability and starts once the session is confirmed with payment and the required files.
Client files
Please send approved mixes at the best quality available, normally WAV or AIFF at the original sample rate and bit depth.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit the material for mastering.
If a replacement mix is supplied after mastering has started, it may be treated as new work rather than a revision.
Review and revisions
Review masters are supplied through a private approval link. Final masters are delivered separately after approval.
Mastering revisions are included so the record can be finished properly. Revisions cover mastering changes, not new mixes, arrangement edits, production changes, or new source files.
If a requested change is better solved in the mix, I will let you know.
Cancellation and refunds
If you need to cancel before mastering work has started, contact me as soon as possible.
If work has already started, any refund will depend on the work completed, scheduling impact, and unrecoverable costs.
If I cannot complete the work for a reason within my control, I will discuss a refund or alternative arrangement with you.
Stripe fees or currency conversion costs may affect the exact amount returned by payment providers.
Delivery and file storage
Final files are delivered through your private project page after approval.
Please download and back up final files as soon as they are delivered.
I keep project archives where possible, but long-term storage, indefinite availability, and urgent later retrieval are not guaranteed.
Uploaded files and delivery files may be deleted when they are no longer needed for the project, archive, legal, accounting, or operational reasons.
