Who is responsible
Chris Collis Mastering is responsible for the personal information collected through this website.
For privacy questions or deletion requests, email [email protected].
What is collected
Booking forms collect your name, email address, artist name, project title, release details, project notes, selected services, and uploaded mix or delivery files.
Admin workflow records may include quote status, payment status, email delivery status, review links, and project history.
The website may also receive normal technical data such as IP address, browser details, request times, and security logs.
How it is used
Your information is used to provide mastering services, respond to enquiries, process payments, send project emails, deliver files, prevent abuse, and keep accounting or operational records.
Project details and uploaded files are not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments and may receive payment, billing, fraud prevention, and checkout data.
Resend sends project emails and receives email delivery events such as sent, delivered, delayed, bounced, failed, or suppressed.
Hetzner object storage stores uploaded project files and delivered masters. The production database is backed up with Litestream to the same storage provider.
Cloudflare may process traffic and security data for DNS, TLS, caching, and protection.
Retention
Booking and payment records are kept as needed for service delivery, accounting, dispute handling, and business records.
Uploaded mixes and final masters are kept where possible for project continuity, but long-term storage and urgent later retrieval are not guaranteed. Please download and back up your own final files.
You can ask for project files or personal data to be deleted where deletion is compatible with legal, accounting, and operational obligations.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing [email protected].
Transactional project emails are part of the mastering service. If an email address bounces or is suppressed, delivery may stop until a valid address is provided.
